Elizaveta's musical journey began at the age of six at the Rostropovich Music School in Moscow. She continued her studies at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory's Academic College of Music under Vera Choroshina, a disciple of Heinrich Neuhaus. Upon graduating with the highest distinction, Elizaveta Frolova entered The National Superior Conservatory of Music and Dance of Paris in Jacques Rouvier's class, where she brilliantly obtained her master's degree. At the same time, she refined her skills with Igor Lazko at the Schola Cantorum in Paris. After earning her Concert Diploma with high honors, Elizaveta continued her studies at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Milan in Giovanni Bellucci's class.

Elizaveta is frequently invited to numerous international music festivals. Her performances have been broadcast on television and radio in many countries. In 2022, she co-founded and served as the president of the jury for the inaugural Rachmaninoff Competition, an event supported by the composer’s great-granddaughter, Alexandra Conus Brochard.
